Our bidets come with 2 years warranty except for some models which has 3 years warranty. The warranty does not cover labor charges incurred by customer during installation and removal of the unit as our product is categorized as a DIY item.
It is the responsibility of the Local Distributor to repair or replace the handset under warranty contract. However Izen Australia is happy to assist with all of your warranty enquiries. Please ensure that you request a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number before returning all products. Please visit our warranty page for complete details on returning products.
Izen Australia reserves the right to await for approval from the manufacturer prior to replacing an item if we suspect the fault may be due to physical or liquid damage, or if the fault cannot be replicated / confirmed.
Returned items found to be faulty due to physical or incorrect installation damage will not be replaced/ repaired and will incur a minimum $35.00 inspection fee. Please see our returns & warranty page for complete information.
